Moved into Post building

The Hancock American Legion Post moved into its new Post building on January 1st 1939. The dedication was held on June 8, 1939. The Post started having meetings in 1919 in the Lord Block in Hancock, N.Y.. In April 1920 the Post moved into rooms in the I.O.O.F Hall.In January 1927 the Post moved into the Shehawken Hose Company building.
