A new American Legion Post/community center was dedicated by members of the American Legion family on Armed Forces Day - May 20, 2017. The new 5,000 square foot meeting space features bathrooms, showers, two meeting spaces, a full kitchen and a beautiful bar made from a black walnut tree found in Palmyra, Nebraska. In addition to being used as a meeting space for The American Legion family in Wilber, the new facility can be rented out by members of the community to hold special events.
