American Legion National Commander Dale Barnett of the Department of Georgia was the guest of honor at a luncheon held at Rolla Dicks Post 315 on October 4, 2015.

Commander Barnett spoke to attendees about his own Legion experiences and issues concerning the Department of Veterans Affairs and its treatment of veterans medical needs.
