Rolla Dicks Post 315's first Legion Hall was a building on the west Main Street in Burlington Junction that was rented from Adolph Lipman. The Legion Hall was used for box suppers and as a voting precinct location.

At the time, the local high school had no gymnasium, so the Legion Hall became the school gymnasium for basketball practice for both the boys and girls teams and the location for home games for those squads. In addition the Post also sponsored a basketball team for many years.
