Past 4th District and Past Post 287 Commander Stan Stubblefield was given a surprise birthday party by his family with the help of Post 287. 4 generations of the Stubblefield family were present. Stan is an Air Force veteran with 56 continuous years of membership in The American Legion, and he is Paid-up-for-Life as well. Stan is currently living in Lenexa, Kansas. So it was a special treat to have Stan's family bring him to the Post and include us with his birthday celebration.
