American Legion Maitland - Graham Post 256, Department of Missouri, is named in honor of the veterans from the communities of Maitland, Missouri and Graham, Missouri who made up the Post membership.
Notable Members
The American Legion was formed to speak for America’s veterans and to provide an instrument for them to provide further service to the United States through their local communities. Maitland - Graham Post 256 was organized on August 25, 1938. Their current headquarters was constructed on Maitland's Main Street in January 1955.
