There are approximately 1,500 tons of stone, 300 tons of sand, 500 tons of cement, 12 tons of lime, 20 tons of steel and 12,000 feet of lumber in this building. Most of the stone came from Hanging Rock, in Blair's Valley. Our corner stone was laid on May 30, 1948.
