Squadron 209 gets thier charter

During the Post's regular meeting, the Son of the American Legion Detachment COmmander, John Wright, presents the charter for the newly formed Squadron 209 to Acting Post 209 Commander and charter member of Squadron 209, Raymond LaBossiere.
