The American Legion Post 9 color guard led the way in the 1st Annual 4th of July Wet & Dry Parade. The color guard led the parade through the "dry zone" and enjoyed watching everyone get soaked in the wet zone. Other members of Post 9 participated in the entire parade including the ensuing free for all water fight in the "wet zone".
