Two members that joined the Legion 26 years ago that have served as Commanders for Arkansas Post 58 and Texas Post 25. Bobby and I meet thru the Vietnam Veterans 278 of Texarkana 1987, We helped to build the Korean & Vietnam Memorial. Art Candelaria was the Commander at that time in 1988 when he signed us both up as members.
