Post 52 moved into its new quarters at 717 Market Street, formerly the Church of the Nazarene. Upon purchasing the building, Legionnaires made a promise to church members that they would never install a bar. To this day, the building is alcohol-free (and always will be, since there is now a daycare center next door).
